Type familiar notation such as 3d6, d20, or 2d8+3, tap Roll, and read a clear breakdown of each die plus the total. Presets speed up common patterns, and history helps you remember the last few throws when the table gets loud.
How to use it
- Enter a dice expression using XdY form (for example 2d6 or d20).
- Add a modifier after the dice if you need +3 or −1 (example: 4d6+3).
- Tap Roll—or pick a preset for a shortcut—then read totals and individual results.
- Use Copy summary when you want to paste the outcome into chat, a VTT note, or a session recap.
Notation tips
Each roll uses one tabletop-style expression: a count, d, sides, and an optional modifier (examples: d20, 2d6, 3d6, 1d100−2). For damage that needs several steps, roll once per expression and paste summaries into your notes. Presets cover the checks you repeat every session, and simple pools like 2d6 are easy to discuss when you teach probability.
Fairness and expectations
Rolls are generated on your device using the same kind of randomness most casual games rely on—fine for friendly campaigns and demos. If you need audited randomness for regulated contests or high-stakes tournaments, use procedures and hardware your rules require.
Privacy on shared devices
Rolls and history stay in your browser tab until you refresh or navigate away—handy on school laptops or shared tablets. Clear history or close the tab when you finish if others use the same machine.
