Create ZIP / Unzip Online

Create a ZIP from many local files (append picks, DEFLATE or STORE) or open a .zip and download entries / selected subset as a new ZIP. JSZip in the browser — ~35 MB archive cap, no password support.

ziparchivefiles

All ZIP work runs in your browser — nothing is uploaded. Uploaded archives are limited to about 35 MB and 150 files when creating a ZIP. Password-protected ZIPs are not supported.

Drop files here or click to add to the archive

Up to 150 files; each ≤ 35 MB. New picks append to the list.

Compression

Create ZIP in the browser

Add files from your device; new picks append to the list (up to the tool’s file cap). Duplicate names inside the archive are renamed automatically. Choose DEFLATE for smaller files or STORE for faster packing with no compression. Set the download name, then download your .zip — all processing stays on your machine.

Unzip and download safely

Open a .zip to see every path with compressed and uncompressed sizes. Entries that use unsafe paths (zip-slip) are blocked from extraction. Download one file at a time, or tick several extractable files and download them together inside a new ZIP. Password-protected archives are not supported.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are my files uploaded to your servers?

No. This tool uses JSZip inside your tab. Files never leave your device unless you save them elsewhere yourself.

Why is an entry marked blocked?

Paths containing sequences like parent-directory segments or absolute drive letters are rejected so malicious archives cannot trick the browser into writing outside a safe logical tree.
